Theisens.com Return Policy
Theisens.com retains the exclusive and sole right to determine whether or not an item may be returned, exchanged or the order canceled. Theisens.com encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, because once placed the order can not be canceled or exchanged unless Theisens.com expressly consents.
Items must be unused or defective to be returned. Theisens.com will consider returns within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Any manufacturer warranties will be honored directly by those manufacturers.
Clothing items may be exchanged or returned if they still have the original tags attached. Clothing returns will be rejected if they have been washed, worn and/or show signs of wear or use, or tags removed. Clothing with defects may need to be returned to the manufacturer in cases with warranty issues. See the Foot Wear Warranty Policy below for our warranty on defective footwear.
All returns must have all of the original manufacturer packaging included with the return such as: packing, boxes and instruction manuals. The packaging must also be in its original sale-able condition.
Returns Theisens.com won’t accept:
· Items that use gas, oil, and diesel products may not be returned. (Note: These types of items need to be taken to an authorized service center or dealer for warranty and repair issues.)
· Items damaged by the shipping carrier may not be returned. If your merchandise does arrive damaged from the shipping carrier, disputes need to be handled by that carrier, not by Theisens.com.
· Items that are not in original, sell-able condition will not be accepted for return.
Factory shipped items that were shipped directly from the factory to the customer can not be returned to Theisens Home Farm Auto store locations. These items will need to have return authorization. They will also need to be shipped back to the location specified on the issued RGA information. In some circumstances if a factory shipped item is returned to our warehouse it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
In the event that an item does need to be returned the customer will need to fill out a Return Goods Authorization form provided by the site, or call the Internet Customer Support department at 1-866-245-6850 for a return authorization number (RGA) and information on return procedures. Refund amounts will be for the cost of the product and any taxes that were applied on the original purchase only. Regular shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however if we made a mistake on your order we will reimburse the shipping charges.
