Theisens.com Return Policy

Theisens.com retains the exclusive and sole right to determine whether or not an item may be returned, exchanged or the order canceled. Theisens.com encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, because once placed the order can not be canceled or exchanged unless Theisens.com expressly consents. 

Items must be unused or defective to be returned. Theisens.com will consider returns within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Any manufacturer warranties will be honored directly by those manufacturers.

Clothing items may be exchanged or returned if they still have the original tags attached. Clothing returns will be rejected if they have been washed, worn and/or show signs of wear or use, or tags removed. Clothing with defects may need to be returned to the manufacturer in cases with warranty issues. See the Foot Wear Warranty Policy below for our warranty on defective footwear.

All returns must have all of the original manufacturer packaging included with the return such as: packing, boxes and instruction manuals. The packaging must also be in its original sale-able condition.
 
Returns Theisens.com won’t accept:
 
 
·        Items that use gas, oil, and diesel products may not be returned. (Note: These types of items need to be taken to an authorized service center or dealer for warranty and repair issues.)
 
·        Items damaged by the shipping carrier may not be returned. If your merchandise does arrive damaged from the shipping carrier, disputes need to be handled by that carrier, not by Theisens.com.
 
·        Items that are not in original, sell-able condition will not be accepted for return.

Factory shipped items that were shipped directly from the factory to the customer can not be returned to Theisens Home Farm Auto store locations. These items will need to have return authorization. They will also need to be shipped back to the location specified on the issued RGA information. In some circumstances if a factory shipped item is returned to our warehouse it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

In the event that an item does need to be returned the customer will need to fill out a Return Goods Authorization form provided by the site, or call the Internet Customer Support department at 1-866-245-6850 for a return authorization number (RGA) and information on return procedures. Click here for a link to the RGA Customer Request Form.

Refund amounts will be for the cost of the product and any taxes that were applied on the original purchase only. Regular shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however if we made a mistake on your order we will reimburse the shipping charges.

 

Theisen's Home Farm Auto Store Return Policy

For all returns and exchanges:

  • All returns must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
  • All items must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • No refunds or returns on used power equipment.
  • Most items carry a manufacturer's warranty which is passed directly to the customer. Theisen's may be able to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims. Theisen’s has no control over the terms and conditions of the warranty. All defective merchandise is limited to repair or replacement under manufacturer's warranty.

For returns with a receipt:

  • With a receipt, all refunds will be given back in the original method of payment where possible.
  • Items paid with a check require a 10 day waiting period for a cash refund. A Gift Card will be issued for purchases paid by check returned within 10 days.
  • Returns over $150 require a corporate check to be issued, which will be done within 10 days.
  • Gift receipt – an even exchange or Gift Card will be issued.

For returns without a receipt:

  • A Gift Card will be issued for the refund amount which may be lower than the full retail.
  • A valid ID must be presented.

Other:

  • Clearance merchandise may be exchanged or a Gift Card will be issued with a receipt dated within 30 days. ALL SALES FINAL after 30 days.
  • All sales final on “Dot Sale” clearance merchandise. Not returns or exchanges.
  • Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Out of season merchandise cannot be refunded.
 

Theisens.com Shipping Policy


****International shipping****
We do not ship internationally. We only ship in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Any orders that fall outside of these stipulations will be canceled and the customer will be notified by email of the cancellation.

Order fulfillment time:
In most cases orders placed before 12 PM Central will be processed that day and typically shipped out within three business days and items ordered after 12 PM Central will be processed the following day and typically shipped out within three business days. Please note that this is a general guideline and shipping can take longer depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to use a different shipping method than the service and carrier the customer chooses for an order as needed. Refunds on shipping will be given only at our discretion. By placing an order on our web site you agree to these conditions. 

 
Note: Orders will not be processed on Holidays or weekends.

Theisens only ships order in the contiguous United States.

Shipping Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss and title for any item purchased from Theisens.com passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. Theisens.com is not responsible or liable for any damage arising in shipment. Any damage claims on merchandise damaged in shipping is to be dealt with by the carrier company within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please call if your package is damaged so that Theisens.com can assist you.

Gift Cards:
All gift cards purchases from Theisens.com through this website are made with your agreement to have them sent by U.S. mail. The risk of loss and title to gift cards passes to you upon our deposit of the card with the chosen carrier. In the event you do not receive your gift card or you suspect it was stolen Theisens.com will render the card void at your request and issue a new one.

Back Orders:
Occasionally items may need to be back ordered. In the event that one of the items on your order is back ordered we will send out an email to notify you of the item and the reason for the back order. If your order consists of more than one item we will send the items we do have in stock immediately. The packing slip that comes with these items will also have notation for the back ordered item. When the back ordered item comes in we will send it out immediately and we will send an email to notify you. You won't be charged twice for shipping. We will cover any additional shipping charges that may occur.

Any manufacturer warranties will be honored directly by those manufacturers.

No Warranties: Limitation of Liability for Merchandise

All manufacturers’ warranties supersede any warranties from Theisens.com. All merchandise listed on this site or in any type of Theisens.com advertisement is sold “as is,” unless otherwise specifically noted, and is without warranties of any type from Theisens.com, expressed or implied. Theisens.com disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied Warranty of Merchantability and the implied Warranty of Fitness, for a particular purpose. 

Theisens.com disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection and/or misapplication. Also any picture, description or other information communicated does not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose. Any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages are expressly disclaimed. Theisens.com’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability.

 
Theisen's Footwear Warranty Policy 

An invoice or receipt must accompany all returns
 

Footwear sold by Theisen’s is guaranteed to be free from defects and workmanship as described below.

Footwear found to have abusive wear may not be returned for credit.
 
Select styles may offer a 30 day “Manufacturers Comfort Guarantee”, or offer warranties beyond Theisen’s Return Policy period. These guarantees and warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer exclusively. The customer must send his or her footwear to the manufacturer with a receipt to request a refund.

Refunds will be based on the original purchase tender.

Coupon Policy

Store Coupon Policy

  • We will accept an internet coupon under $10 as long as it has a scan bar, redemption location instructions are on it and it is not a photocopy.
  • We will accept manufacturer's coupons which come from news papers, magazines or mailings.
  • We will not accept expired coupons.
  •  We are currently reviewing our policy for coupon stacking (using a manufacturer's coupon with a store coupon.) We will have updated info on this soon.
