Assistant Manager Trainee - As a growing retail store operation with seventeen store locations in central and northeast Iowa, we are excited to have the opportunity to add to our management staff. We're offering Assistant Manager opportunities for people who enjoy helping others, who find satisfaction in going out of their way to be of service, people who are willing to work hard and who have a sincere desire to succeed. Our product lines include agricultural, electrical, hardware, sporting goods, clothing, automotive products, plumbing, home improvement, etc. Position includes approx. 12 week paid training program preparing individual for duties and responsibilities needed to assist store manager in daily operations of running store. Applicants must be willing to relocate, and should possess a business-related degree or a minimum of one year related experience.

Cashier - Full time and part time positions available for enthusiastic self-starters. If you like to work with the public, this may be an excellent opportunity. Will greet customers, perform cash register functions, assist with checkouts and carry outs as needed. Will require some nights and rotating weekends.

Sales - Full time or part time positions. Will be responsible for performing general sales duties in all areas of the store as needed. Must be comfortable approaching customers and answering questions regarding products. Excellent communication skills required. Will require some nights and rotating weekends and some lifting up to 50#.

Automotive - Full time or part time positions performing basic auto repair, mounting and balancing tires, battery installations, oil changes etc. Will also perform general sales duties as needed, will assist customers by sharing product knowledge and answering questions. Must have prior automotive service experience.
