How to participate and enter –
Register for Theisen’s More Club and/or Update your current More Club Profile every month to be entered to win a $100 Theisen’s Gift Card
Eligibility –
If you are above the age of 18, your name will be entered into our free MORE Club. You must be a resident of the United States to enter and win. Associates and immediate family members (as defined in the Theisen Associate Handbook) may enter, but are not eligible to win.
Winners -
Winners will be notified via email or phone by the second Tuesday of every month. Entry form should be filled out in its entirety to be eligible to win.
One winner will be drawn every month at random to win a $100 Theisen’s Gift Card.
Any and all incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and not the sponsor. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other prizes.
Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize. Prizes will be shipped to the address indicated by the winner.
Contest Sponsor –
The “More Club $100 Theisen’s Gift Card Giveaway” is sponsored by Theisen Supply, 6201 Chavenelle Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002-9692, and is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Publicity -
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.
