RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be received within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. To maintain product quality for all customers, returned items must meet ‘shelf-ready’ standards. Return products must be in new/unused/ unopened condition with all original tags and labels attached, clean, free of pet hair, stains or debris. Items that are not shelf-ready, not meeting the above standards will not be eligible for a refund. 
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Important: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, except where approved by a Theisen’s Customer Service Representative. 
 
EXCEPTIONS
 
The following items cannot be returned:
     ●     Firearms
     ●     "Dot Sale" Clearance Merchandise
     ●     Special Orders
     ●     Items listed as "Currently Available Online Only"
     ●     Out-of-Season Merchandise
     ●     Items that use gas, oil, and diesel products
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
 
Please Note
     ●     We strive to process your online orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, your order cannot be canceled or exchanged without the expressed consent of Theisens.com. We encourage customers to review their orders closely.

     ●     To avoid return shipping costs, customers are able to return their online orders to their local Theisen's store.

     ●     Refunds will be issued once the product is received by Theisen's and will be given in the same form that the original purchase was paid. Refund amounts will be for the cost of the product and any taxes that were applied to the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges due to customer error are not refundable.

     ●     When an order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the package while it is in transit. In situations where a package is damaged, shows in transit for an extended period or shows delivered but cannot be located, a carrier claim must be submitted. Theisen’s, as the shipper, must file the claim with the carrier on your behalf and we will handle the full process for you. The claims process from our carriers can take between 5-14 days and the carrier may approve or deny the claim after their investigation.      ●     Most items carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is passed directly to the customer. Theisen’s has no control over the terms and conditions of the warranty. All defective merchandise is limited to repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.  Theisen’s may be able to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims. 

     ●     All returns must be completed within 90 days of purchase. All items must be in new, unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories and be in ‘shelfready’ condition for our stores as outlined above.
