The Gripple Torq Tensioning Tool is a lightweight, compact tool that allows tensioning of wire/cable through a Gripple joiner. Designed with built-in gauge to control the load applied to the wire, this fence wire tensioner gives consistent tension every time and optimizes the life of the wire. This fence tensioner allows stretching of wire up to 880 lb. with minimal effort due to the 6:1 gear drive mechanism, and works with all Gripple joiners on up to a 1/4 in. wire.
