HOW TO APPLY
When treating a large area, apply evenly using a properly calibrated broadcast or drop spreader. For small areas (containers, flower beds), measure desired amount and work into soil. Performance is improved when thoroughly watered in after application. Refer to product label on back of bag for complete application instructions and precautions.

GARDEN VEGETABLES
& FLOWERS:

1-1/4 pounds per 100 sq. ft.
of bed area.

DECIDUOUS TREES:
Feed in spring, preferably before
growth starts or in fall after
leaves drop. Apply 1 to 2
pounds per inch of tree trunk
diameter. In ground, drill 2 inch
holes 6 to 10 inches deep and
2 to 3 feet apart around the
tree at the outer edge of the
branches.

 

NOTE: Avoid direct contact between fertilizer and foliage of flowers,
shrubs, and vegetables. When in contact, water foliage immediately.
