This Electric Bath Canner is a versatile kitchen appliance. More energy-efficient and versatile than a stovetop hot water bath canner, this multi-cooker can also be used to boil water for pasta, corn on the cob, and seafood. Use it to dispense coffee, cider, cocoa, and other hot beverages too. Temperature adjusts from 120degrees to 212degrees F (boil) / 49degrees to 100degrees C, and an indicator light shows when set temperature is reached. Includes one-piece stainless steel pot with plug-in base, glass lid, and removable canning rack.
